"I'm Melting! M-e-e-el-ting!"

Like the wicked witch, the Arctic is melting, says the Andrew C. Revkin in The NYT.

OK, so this probably won't surprise many readers, but I just thought I would post this to see if it produced the predictable stream of nonsense and invective from our favorite flat-earth climate skeptic.

Pig - Lumo's thoughts have turned to economic policy. He thinks six or seven % interest rates would be a good idea.

Owns rental property, does he? Anyway, wouldn't it be more accurate to describe him as a flat-universe skeptic?

  3. Lumo is definitely a true believer, in what it's sometimes hard to tell.

BTW, Bernanke doesn't look like the man to jack up interest very vigorously.

And eight per cent interest should wipe the optimism off quite a few faces.

  4. Since I am a bond holder, I sit with Lubos on this one. BTW, if you own rental property, you ususally have a mortgage on it and you want low interest rates.
